What do I require before I start the property search with you?

Before we get started we recommend finance pre approval is in place. This allows us to act decisively with cleaner offers, which increase our chances of success in a competitive environment.
How long does it take? Is there a contract term?

There are lots of variables which can impact the purchase timeframe. On average we purchase within one to three months, however we have completed purchases in two weeks and as long as nine months. Our contract with you is for twelve months.
We charge an upfront engagement fee and a success fee payable after an unconditional purchase is completed. These fees depend on the value of the property. Please get in touch if you would like to understand more about our fees.
How does communication work during the search?

We communicate via a combination of phone calls, emails and whatsapp messages. At a minimum, we share weekly updates with activities we have undertaken to progress the search.
Can you help me find mortgage brokers, building inspectors, solicitors etc?

Yes, we have a great network of property-related professionals that we can refer you to. We only refer accomplished professionals who we believe will add value for our clients.
Do you work with investors as well home buyers?
